I’m a college student passionate about web design and development. I recently started learning WordPress and other web tools to create beautiful, functional websites. On this page, you’ll find more details about the skills I’m currently developing — and my ongoing learning journey as I explore the world of web design.

WordPress

I use WordPress to build responsive and customizable websites. I’m learning how to work with themes, plugins, and page builders like Elementor Pro to create professional-looking sites. I enjoy experimenting with different layouts and designs to match client or personal project needs. I can also create e-commerce websites using WooCommerce, as well as business, portfolio, and personal websites.
Learning goals:
- Understand more advanced theme customization
- Learn about SEO plugins and performance optimization
- Explore building simple WooCommerce stores

HTML & CSS

I’m learning HTML & CSS to better understand website structure and styling. This allows me to customize WordPress designs beyond what page builders can do. I enjoy improving page layouts, adding custom styles, and making sure websites are mobile-friendly.
Learning goals:
- Master responsive design techniques
- Learn CSS animations
- Practice advanced layouts with Flexbox and Grid

UX/UI Design

I’m exploring the basics of User Interface and User Experience design. I aim to create websites that are not only visually appealing but also user-friendly and easy to navigate. I’m learning about design principles like typography, color theory, and layout consistency.
Learning goals:
- Understand best practices for web UX
- Learn about usability testing
- Improve accessibility (making websites usable for everyone)

Graphic Design​

I’m learning the fundamentals of graphic design to create visually engaging elements for websites and digital projects. This includes working with typography, color schemes, and visual balance. I use tools like Canva and Figma to design banners, social media graphics, and website visuals.
Learning goals:
- Improve understanding of design principles
- Learn how to create cohesive visual branding
- Explore tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop
- Practice creating custom graphics for websites
